• No group bookings allowed on site. We only allow 2 pitches together on the whole site
• Quiet time on site is between 11pm and 7am
• No Campfires
• Children to be supervised at all times
• Dogs must be on a lead at all times on campsite
• No day visitors on site
• If you would like to make a specific pitch request or book 2 pitches together, there will be a £10.00 one off payment per pitch (max 2 pitches) - Only available via calling the office on 01492 650672 to ensure you are pitched together.

Trwyn yr Wylfa Camping site meaning Watching point when translated is exactly what the name suggests! Since taking over the site in 2017 the site has been featured in the Guardian's top 20 coastal sites and nominated for campsite of the year in The Great Outdoors magazine 2018. Winners of campsites Popular Choice Wales 2018.

Opening Dates & Booking Arrangements

We are open from Mid March to the beginning of October each year. Advance booking is essential particularly for weekends, bank holidays and during July and August. At time of booking full contact details will be required and a deposit amount. For 2-night stays a deposit of 50% is required, for 3-night stays or longer a 30% deposit is required. The remaining balance is payable 7 days before arrival.

Caravan & Camping Pitches

The site offers caravan, camping and glamping holidays. The toilet block have hot water and showers- and has separate ladies, gents toilets as well a 2 family and accessible shower rooms. There is also a dish washing area, chemical disposal point, recycling collection area, fridges, freezers and charging lockers for electrical appliances.

Sorry we do not take RVs, 5th wheel vehicles or converted lorries. Tag axle motor homes please contact office to check pitch suitability. Please note if you add a special request (sea view or quiet pitch etc.) on to your online booking, a £10.00 charge will be added if this request is available.

Glamping

If you love camping or fancy camping for the first time let us take the stress out of camping and let us put the tent up for you! All you need to bring is your sleeping bag, a pillow and cooking equipment. Full use of site facilities included within pitch fees. We offer glamping in our beautiful Lotus Belle or have Tourage Bell tents.

Further Information

Sorry we are unable to accept bookings for parties larger than 2 families together if we discover there are more than 2 pitches together we will ask you to leave and no refund will be given. We do not accept stag and hen groups as we are a quiet site no noise or driving between 11pm and 7am as we cater for hikers, couples and families only.
